🌸✨ We just turned two and there are many new faces here, so what better time for a little reintroduction? 💕🌊 Hi cuties! I’m Olesya, founder and creative behind Shells and Roses. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being here and joining me on this magical journey! 🐚🌹 Let’s get to know each other with a few fun facts 💗 💫 What made you start the brand? I’ve always loved creating. I actually went to school for fashion design, but it wasn’t until working retail that I fell in love with jewelry because it brought people so much joy, without the stress of fit or sizing. 🌸 Why the name Shells and Roses? It’s a sweet little fusion of my two loves: the beach, and anything girly, dreamy, and romantic. 🌍 Where are you from? Originally from Ukraine, I grew up on Long Island, NY. Now I split time between NY and sunny Mexico with my hubby 💕 👗 Style crushes + go-to brands? Think whimsical, free-spirited, and feminine Chloé, Free People, LoveShackFancy, and Betsey Johnson. ✨Fun fact: I’ve been a LoveShack girlie since 2020 🎀 🏖️ Favorite place to be? Always, always the beach. Give me sea breeze and salty hair and I’m home. 🌟 Who’s your idol? Betsey Johnson forever! Getting to work with her IRL was a dream. She’s just as bubbly, joyful, and bold as her designs. 🍣 One food forever? Spicy crunchy tuna rolls… if mercury poisoning weren’t a thing 😭🍣 🐾 How big is your team? Right now it’s just me and my fluffy assistant, Teddy (pictured above 🐶). But I get tons of help from my husband and friends when things get wild. Hoping to grow the team next year!
