Self tape on a safari with no tripod! I got lucky with a plain grey background and beautiful natural light. @astonmgt #tvfilmactor #castinguk #femaleactor #selftape #safarisouthafrica by @shellybentleyactor

Last week I was scared of this one but this week (with the encouragement from the wonderful @fly_with_rhi ) I thought f**k it and pushed through the fear. As with everything in my life I often get far too in my head, so it feels really good when I manage to let go and just be in my body. #aerialarts #actorskills #adhdbrain #voiceactor #mocapperformer by @shellybentleyactor
