“Don’t just count your years, make your years count” has a whole new meaning to me as I reflect on the sudden loss of my beloved chiropractor, friend, cheerleader, home away from home dear TJ Osborne.

When I moved to the Bay Area following college to start my career the first thing I looked for was a Maximized Living office to pursue an optimized life of health & was more than blessed to have Dr. Osborne’s office be the community I got to join. He was someone who truly made every day count.

From my first meeting with Doc his mission was clear, to provide healing to those he came in contact with but not for his own recognition, to highlight the true healer and to be his messenger on earth. Doc lived his faith boldly, had an infectious energy & joy, lived with humility and loved each of his patients and those he came in contact with genuinely.

Doc you have provided me a home away from home with my parents in Canada, you supported, encouraged and provided a safe place for me to be authentic when I didn’t know where I belonged. You educated, provided grace and have inspired so many, including me.

You have taught me to not live in fear, but to trust the wonderful design of the human body, to steward it and live a life worthy of the callings we receive.

It will take time to understand why God chose to take you home so early but I am praying for the strength to understand his plan & praying for your loved ones as they process your passing.

You have left a lasting mark on all of us, may we all lean into your example and continue your legacy until we see you again.

Rest in paradise my friend & brother in Christ.
