@oceanflowaerialstudio was SUCH a fun time! What an amazing workout using your entire core to hang from a curtain! 😂✨ This unique style of working out hits muscles you never even knew you had.
Hanging, stretching, and moving like that was honestly the ultimate (and most fun!) way to work out. If you haven’t tried it yet—or have been wanting to—I HIGHLY recommend it. It’s absolutely worth it! 💪🏼✨

Henry’s Palm Beach has such a sophisticated and refined vibe—truly the kind of place appreciated by those who enjoy the finer things in life. What makes the experience especially unique is the exceptional service. They have a wonderful way of making you feel genuinely welcomed, always greeting you with a warm smile and making you feel like a valued guest.
