THE ROUTINE ➡️➡️ Every Wednesday, the Shepherd Boys come together for time in the word & fellowship. Rather it’s a men’s series, a co-ed study, hangout, or community service, we are all for building the community up while encouraging others in the process.

Men’s mental health matters ‼️

Too often, men are told to stay silent, carry every burden alone, and keep pushing no matter how heavy life gets. But strength isn’t pretending everything is okay—it’s being honest when you’re struggling and reaching for help when you need it.

There will be seasons when the weight feels too much to carry on your own. That’s why relying on God is so important. When our strength runs out, His doesn’t. Through anxiety, depression, loss, uncertainty, and every battle we face, God offers peace, hope, and a foundation that never changes.

You don’t have to fight every battle alone. Lean on God, stay connected to people who care about you, and remember that asking for support is a sign of courage, not weakness.

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7 🙏
