It's ironic that if you call the Court for information they get bent out of shape just for doing your due diligence , but if you don't they will blame you for not doing your due diligence. See how backwards that is. I Guess Emergency motions have no standing in this court by @shepherdofrecords

The broader historical interaction between the early Mobjack Bay/Virginia Colemans and the American Founding Fathers involves extensive legal, civic, and societal connections. Because the family belonged to the influential planter class of colonial and post-Revolutionary Virginia, their daiiy lives constantly intersected with figures like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Aaron Burr.
The earliest immigrant ancestors, including Robert Coleman I and Captain Robert Coleman II, established their early land holdings in the Virginia Tidewater (Gloucester, Essex counties).
The Fairfax/Washington Network: As our family expanded westward into King & Queen, Caroline, and Amelia counties, they operated alongside the elite surveyors and land barons of the era. The Colemans routinely served as county sheriffs, magistrates, and surveyors who processed land boundaries intertwined with the Washington family estates and the massive Lord Fairfax northern neck grants.
One of the most direct and documented intersections between the Coleman family and the Founders occurred during the high-stakes political trial of former Vice President Aaron Burr.
In 1807, Aaron Burr was arrested and tried for treason under allegations that he was attempting to strip away parts of the Western territories to create an independent empire.
Henry Embry Coleman’s Role: Col. Henry Embry Coleman (the regional patriarch of the Halifax Woodlawn branch) was officially summoned to Richmond to serve as an official juror in the Aaron Burr trial. The trial was presided over by Founding Father and Chief Justice John Marshall, and it was heavily orchestrated behind the scenes by President Thomas Jefferson, who desperately wanted a conviction. Coleman stood at the absolute epicenter of early American constitutional history.
When the branch's ancestors—such as Daniel Coleman Sr. (the Bridge Builder) and Daniel A. Coleman—settled Amelia and Prince George counties in the mid-1700s, they were part of the highly insular Virginia planter aristocracy.
Political Alliances: The Colemans routinely signed local political petitions, serving in the Virginia General Assembly alongside the architects of the Revolution War. by @shepherdofrecords
