You don’t have to be a big leaguer to have influence. You can be a Junior Coach.

Many of our Junior Coaches are former campers who were impacted and now come back to invest in our camp athletes. For many, it’s their first step into leadership. This past year, we had over 70 junior high and high school athletes in our Junior Coach program.

We are currently looking for year-end partners to help fund this free program. Click the link in our bio to support!

“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.” — Matthew 18:3–5 by @shepherds_baseball

Teach them to PRAY. Teach them how to SERVE. Teach them how to LEAD with humility, courage, and a heart surrendered to Jesus. “And David shepherded them with integrity of heart; with skillful hands he led them.” Psalm 78:72 THIS IS FCA! 🙏 by @shepherds_baseball

Welcome, Tiffany! (Aka Coach Groovy)
We’re excited to announce that Tiffany Pope is joining So Cal FCA as our Softball Director!
A lifelong athlete and four-year varsity softball player at Diamond Bar High School, Tiffany continued her career at Vanguard University, where she experienced two GSAC championships, an NAIA Opening Round appearance, and three years of Division II softball.

More importantly, during her time at Vanguard, Tiffany fell deeply in love with Jesus and discovered that her identity is found in being His daughter, not in what happens on the field. Through leadership, discipleship, and serving on Vanguard’s Student-Athlete Leadership Team, she has developed a passion for pointing athletes toward Christ.

Now pursuing her Master’s in Leadership Studies, Tiffany is passionate about using softball to disciple and develop the next generation of female athletes, raising up young women who lead boldly, live faithfully, and advance the Kingdom of God on and off the field.

We’re so excited to have you on the team, Tiffany! 🙌

As we move into our 2026–2027 fiscal year, our mission stays the same: To lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.

Today, we’re announcing our year-end theme: MOVE THE MISSION!

Our year-end fundraising goal is $100K. We cannot operate on program revenue alone, and we need to hit this giving mark to help achieve our 2027 ministry plan.

Tomorrow, we’ll be announcing two new staff members in South LA who will be leading softball and campus ministries!

If you’d like to help us Move the Mission and give toward this goal, you can make a tax-deductible gift using the QR code on the last slide or the link in our bio! by @shepherds_baseball
