Our logs are hand cut only from locally felled trees.
Sustainability runs deep at Shere Sauna.
We are always delighted to pick up local fallen timber.
DM us if you have any questions! 😎

I think crisp English mornings in autumn might be the best thing ever….! ☕️🌞 This cycle around the surrey hills was perfect and we found the best brunch in Shere (plus the cutest boutique shops - highly recommend for Xmas shopping!) and a sauna / cold plunge run by the loveliest man (shoutout to Nick!)

Also can’t believe I managed to cycle 30km in my luteal phase, something I never would’ve imagined being able to do before I created Flow!! 💗
