I am dressed in my own skin and protected by Jorge… Jorge Lafond_Vera Verão. In my sexy, sun-kissed 40-year-old body, I no longer touch ambition, but rather the magnificent. 40 Travestis walk with me.

A whole lifetime longing to live as I do now. Once so hidden within me; now so bare, so whole. Falling in love, suffering, laughing, dancing in a country that made me, and that I now also make with my travesti body. It’s hard to imagine going back, going back to the cold. taken in Santa Teresa, Rio de Janeiro by @shereya_ya

The pain and suffering of white, cisgender people continue to be prioritized on stages and within the art system. In other words, it is all about "Brotherhood" and upholding whiteness.

Other than you, what’s there to eat today?

Where past and present eclipse each other, bringing forth a future where everything comes together.

In my old bedroom, being happy was all I dreamed of!
