🐮Last month’s #CowabungaNight was so much fun. Why would we expect anything less from the first show of the Fall this Wednesday (9/30). Oh, and remember when we said a man nearly died at a show this summer... taken in Downtown Plano Arts District by @sheridi

First interval workout of the season with @dallasrunningclub. Was in a total mood that first mile, but those intervals mellowed me. by @sheridi

Ran the Too Hot to Handle half marathon this morning. That last mile really got to me. Just kidding it was actually the last 3. I still finished though, and got a cool little medallion. Also got to see some of my Run Project ambassador friends. Overall a great way to start the day. Thanks @runproject for an awesome race! Going to pass out now. taken in Norbuck Park by @sheridi
