Their 21-month crime spree captured national headlines, ultimately ending on May 23, 1934, when they were ambushed and killed by police in Louisiana.

Weddings bring the sappy sentiments out of me, especially when they’re close friends.

I love these guys so much. There’s over 15 years of friendship in this group and I try not to take that for granted.

It’s a blessing to have seen people through so many phases of life. Some of them less mature and even through rough patches.

The beauty is in our growth and our futures, especially with those who started families. That slow suburban life ain’t so bad at all.

Is this a coming of age story?

I’m in the period of my life that is quite proud of where i come from. It’s not perfect, nor is it always pretty but it is soulful.

Here’s a project that pushed us outside of our comfort zone and I think it was long overdue.

Navigating many moving pieces of restaurant schedules, cast & crew schedules, and gear is expected. But doing it across the country as a two man show certainly upped the stakes.

I recently saw a clip of David Bowie saying the importance for a creatives to be creating work just beyond their scope of comfort. That’s the work that is meaningful and worth creating.

Looking back, while there are clear imperfections from the original plan and execution, but there is also a certain feeling of accomplishment that came with the production and release of this work.

Work that scares you is worth pursuing, (whatever the level).

My dad kept a point and shoot 35mm from his days and it’s landed in good hands… Better than anything I could’ve found at the stores, it’s in spectacular condition.

I plan to use it only for documenting my personal life and the sentiment behind the camera is something I’m sure any photographer could appreciate.

Some of the realest conversations are had in kitchens.

Unfiltered and unscripted, it’s one of my favourite places to hang. It reminds me of sporting, it’s pure.
