QOTD: You don’t have to be perfect. Just keep showing up. ✨🤍 #fitnessinspiration #workout #showup #keepgoing #mindset @thefullroutine by @sherri.lansang

||09.26.26 First JJWL Comp|| My brother teased me because apparently, I like winning silver medals 😂 3rd comp, 3rd 🥈 lol!

All jokes aside, I’m proud of this one. Coming off a couple weeks of being sick and barely training, I showed up and still put up a fight! 💪🏼

Still hunting for that submission finish, but I’m happy to have scored my highest points in a match yet — 21-0! 💃🔥

I know that gold is in my future. Just gotta trust the process and keep showing up! 🥋🥇🙏🏼

Love me Sunday mornings that start at 6am on the BJJ mats and 8am on the Pilates mat… especially when I get to bring a BJJ friend along to try TFR for the first time! 👯‍♀️💗#sunday #motivation #pilates #fitness #workout by @sherri.lansang

First IBJJF comp. 2nd comp ever. 🥈

Out of a 6-woman bracket in the Master 2 Featherweight division, I came home with a 2nd-place finish after 3 fights! 🥹

It’s wild because I had prayed for one thing: to at least win my first match. But, God blessed me with so much more than I prayed for and took me all the way to the finals! 🙏🙌

Thank you so much Lord for favoring me on this day 🤍✨

And big shout out to my coaches/brothers ☺️, teammates 🥋and family for helping me prepare for this day and many more to come 🥰

First BJJ comp in the books 🥋❤️ 8.22.2026

I didn’t get the win in gi, but I’m honestly so proud of my first experience competing. I made it through every round without getting submitted, got on the scoreboard with a takedown and even came close to finishing with a triangle. I’ll take those little wins 🤗

No-gi ended up having no one else in my division, so I was awarded the gold for showing up and making weight 😂🥇 if you needed to cut weight you know it’s not easy and is something to be celebrated in itself lol

Most of all, I’m grateful for my coach and teammates who have been pushing me and getting me ready for moments like this! And for my family for always supporting me through my new BJJ journey. ❤️

More than the medals or the results, I’m grateful for the opportunity, the lessons, and the growth. God has been so good to me and I know this is only the beginning.

Next stop, IBJJF in Vegas next month! Let’s go! by @sherri.lansang

A little late, but here’s a look back at literally every birthday of my 30s. 🤍

Looking back, I see more than photos. I see God’s faithfulness through every high and every low, every lesson, every answered prayer, and every season that shaped me.

My 30s stretched me, humbled me, healed me, and changed me in ways I never could’ve imagined.

Here’s to 40 and to whatever God has in store next✨ #july12 by @sherri.lansang
