POV: Things people don’t tell you about being a woman entrepreneur.You don’t clock out at 5PM.You’re answering emails or messages during weekends, taking calls on vacation, and trying to balance business with family, monthly cycles, motherhood, and everything in between.No manager. No roadmap. Just constant learning, adapting, failing, and picking yourself back up.The biggest lesson I’ve learned along the way? We need women supporting women. It’s been a busy week of workshops, training and dancing with our guest instructors @officialbrendarodriguez & @carlosahumada21 , today is finally the main event — workshops, JnJ, performances, and social dancing.Shout out to @favianbustos , the first bachata instructor/organizer in Austin, the owner of @austininspiredmovement , seeing his passion for keep learning and growing the community inspires and motivates me too.My motivation goes back to why I started dancing in the first place.I remember feeling alive, free, and confident. Meeting people from different backgrounds and cultures, even without speaking the same language — dancing connected us anyway.It was not about showing off. Even as a beginner, people encouraged me, supported me, and wanted to see me grow. That kind of energy is powerful. No ego, no judgment — just community.Sometimes in business and daily life, we get distracted by pressure, numbers, and expectations, and forget our original purpose.I want people to experience that same joy, confidence, connection, and freedom. Some people express with words.I use images.Late at night, when everything is quiet, I put on soft music and start editing.That’s when I slow down… and really feel things.It’s more than just photos.Sometimes my brain 🧠 and my eyes 👀 feel different —My eyes see the light, the color, the angle…but my brain feels little things in life. I put a lot into every design—from the first idea, to the materials, to final product, to see it on different people,to wearing it myself and dancing in it.While photo shootings, I style, shoot, edit, and model them...Over and over.That’s where my inspiration comes from.Sometimes my perfectionism slows me down…but it also makes everything feel real.It’s what keeps me creating.Thank you to everyone who helps me to bring my vision to life!
