Two decades.
20 years.
7,305 days… together. 💫

17 years old when it all began… and 20 years later, here we are. 💖 I’ve spent more of my life with you than without you @frostxd

🌍 32 countries explored, 2 amazing kiddos👦🏻 👦🏻 , and our very first “baby” pup who taught us how to be a family. 🐶✈️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

From undergrad in two different states 🎓 to you powering through medical school and residency 👨🏻‍⚕️, to diaper duty and sleep regressions 👶🏻 We’ve grown, stumbled, laughed, and learned. And through it all, we’ve kept choosing each other. 💗

I hope our kids grow up seeing a love that’s not perfect, but real filled with jokes, mutual- respect, late-night talks and movie watching, parenting teamwork, and the occasional “sorry I was hangry” apology. 😅 The kind of love that changes over time but changes together 💞 through the years, the chaos, and the joy.

💙 Happy 3rd birthday to our big boba 🧋-eyed boy, Caiden/our Kai Kai!

Another year somehow came faster than the last. The baby who once needed me for everything is becoming such a funny, smart, independent little boy. 🥹 You’re talkative, silly, stubborn when you have a vision 😅, full of Hulk hugs 💪🏻, and have the biggest heart, always the first to check on someone if they’re hurt.

In the last 365 days, you’ve… ✨

🌎 Traveled to 2 new countries, 14 before turning 3! Took your first Disney Cruise 🚢 and finished your 2nd year celebrating your 3rd birthday at Disneyland Paris 🏰✨
🇨🇳 Took on Chinese summer school in Shanghai like a champ
🏫 Went from 3 half-days a week at an English-speaking school to 5 full days, 7 hours a day at your Chinese immersion school
🎀 Found out you’re going to be a BIG BROTHER and learned Mommy can’t carry you quite as much with 妹妹 (mèi mei) in my belly but you can’t wait to meet her and constantly ask, “Baby out?” 😂🥹
🕷️ Entered your full Spider-Man + Avengers era, with Mommy learning alongside you and Daddy finally having someone to pass all his superhero knowledge down to 😂
🤸🏻‍♂️ Fell in love with gymnastics, especially the rings and flipping yourself over, occasionally terrifying your coaches with how fearless you are 😅
👦🏻 Learned to keep up with your 6-year-old big brother like it’s nothing
📖 Started memorizing Chinese poems and proudly reciting them to anyone who will listen, Chinese speaker or not 😂❤️

After two boys, we definitely did not see this plot twist coming. 😂 They say good things come in threes… so here we go again!

We didn’t tell the boys until last month, when I was already 4 months pregnant. 🤭🤍 They’d been asking for another sibling for a while especially Grayson so we told them they had to make a wish. ✨

Double the backpacks, double the big feelings… first grade + Pre-K 3, here we go! 🎒🍎🥹

And somehow… NO TEARS. 🙌🏻😂

Caiden was a little unsure at first, but once we dropped Gray off and he realized big brother was right there in the same building, he was good to go. 🥹❤️

POV: “You’re putting them in school during summer in China 🇨🇳?!” 🤯 Yes… because school here looks like THIS. 🎉

And somehow their school lunch looks better than mine 😂 Gray had fresh shrimp for lunch! 🍤

We were honestly so nervous about Kai, at 2.5 years old, going full-time this summer from 8:30–4:00. But having his big brother there with him made all the difference from day one. 💙

No gentle separation. No early pickup. He even took a TWO-HOUR nap at school. 👏👏

So proud of our little 2.5-year-old and of Gray for being the sweetest built-in support system. 🥹💙

In Chinese, 9 (九) symbolizes forever (久 jiǔ), so naturally we celebrated by watching Death Becomes Her the musical 🎭✨💀

Turns out eternal youth is overrated. I’ll take the wrinkles, gray hairs, and chaos of growing old together any day. 🤍✨

The future of Deer Valley East Village is looking bright. ☀️🎿

Our Extell EB-5 team recently returned to Park City, Utah, and it’s incredible to see how quickly this vision is becoming reality. 🏔️✨

In March 2024, we toured the Grand Hyatt construction site in hard hats 👷‍♀️. By 2025, we were enjoying hot cocoa in the completed lobby ☕️. And in 2026, we were riding the gondola and watching the village come alive. 🚠❄️

With the Skier Services Center 🎿, Canopy by Hilton 🏨, and Four Seasons Hotel & Residences 🏔️💫 all taking shape, it’s incredible to witness and be part of it all coming together 🎉

Mommyhood: chaotic, but mostly FUN! 💙🦙🤪

I’ve always loved animals, so walking with alpacas (Heather Belle, Iona, and Blue) was the perfect way to celebrate with my boys, my husband, and my beautiful mama. 🦙💕

2. Tillies (Palm Heights): The trendy “IT girl” spot, chic beachside vibes with one of the prettiest oceanfront settings 🌅🍹✨

1. Stingray City + Starfish Experience: A true Cayman must, swimming with friendly stingrays in crystal clear water + spotting bright red starfish 💫🐠 Definitely kiss one for good luck 😘✨
2. Rum Point (original Mudslide): Home of the original Mudslide, basically a boozy dessert in a glass 🍹🍫

🌈🐾🤍 April 1, 2026 R.I.P Mei Mei 妹妹Chen

Our hearts are shattered. The tears just keep coming, and I don’t know if they’ll ever truly stop when I think of my baby. #onedayatatime

For 15+ years, we had the privilege of loving our sweet, sassy, beautiful Mei Mei. She was our very first family dog and my very first baby. She was there through so many chapters of our lives. Through moves, milestones, growing up, and growing our family… she was always there.

Mei Mei may have been tiny, but she had the biggest personality and a presence that filled every room. She was feisty, loving, and loyal. Life will never feel quite the same without her.

It was one of the hardest goodbyes I’ve ever had to say. And while our hearts ache so deeply right now, we know how lucky we were to have loved her for so long.

Thank you for every cuddle, every bark, every memory, and every unconditional ounce of love.

You will always be part of our family.

Always loved. Always missed. Never forgotten.

• Riviera: get the pasta wheel bucatini + don’t skip the BEST onion soup 🍝🧅✨
• Blacklock Shoreditch: Sunday roast is apparently a 12:30–3 PM affair, not dinner 😄🍖🔥
• Claridge’s: classic London luxury for breakfast ✨🍳

🎉 Bonus Birthday Treat:
• SIX London: Henry VIII’s wives, but make it a pop concert 👑🎤 Loved hearing the British/Scottish accents vs. the NY cast, both fabulous, just different ✨

• Mr. Fogg’s Society of Exploration: whimsical adventure story vibes 🌍🍸
• Connaught Bar: currently #6 in the World’s 50 Best Bars, and the martini service alone is worth it ✨🍸
• Evans & Peel Detective Agency: hidden speakeasy where you “open a case” to get in 🕵️‍♀️🍹 Menu with drinks named after real bootleggers made it extra fun ✨

👶 Kids were happy = we were happy:
• Jurassic Afternoon Tea @ The Ampersand Hotel: fossils, dinosaur treats, and even a dinosaur egg cocktail 🦕🫖🍸
• Postal Museum: hidden gem 💎 Riding the underground Mail Rail train through old postal tunnels was the highlight 🚂📮
• London Transport Museum: double-decker bus heaven 🚍✨
• Hamleys: 7 floors of toy chaos in the best way 🎁✨
• Paddington Bear Experience: super immersive + marmalade sandwich at the end 🍞🍊🧸
