It’s been no secret that I’ve been hooked on ultra running this last year and running in general for the last 4 years. Running for me has been an outlet for so many different versions of myself and I feel like I’m only really just getting started.

One thing about me, is my resilience, I simply refuse to give up. Sure, I may be down and out but I WILL never ever quit, one foot in front of the other, minute by minute, hour by hour - I will see it through, no matter what!

The last few years have been a testament to my unwavering commitment to just keep pushing, moments that should have taken me back only pushed me forward.

I have NO DOUBT I can make a mark (#markdowdle pun intended) at the Last Soul Ultra. Kims performance at Go One More in Surrender awoke something that was lying dormant within me, I’ve never felt more alive than I did watching him fight to the very end.

Here’s my story up until now, from taking a full working day to complete a marathon, to being chased down by the sweeper crew to raising thousands for @mindcharity by doing 2 marathons in 4 weeks, we’re just getting started. The next chapter awaits…
