every time I procrastinate, every time I’m late for school, it’s always been my octopus pulling my back leg. how can i outrun the silly lil gal? sometimes she’s just too cute

this is a piece i’m submitting to places

would you befriend the octopus

in this short life

i’m moving to college tomorrow 😔 bye home

and to anyone else at a transition point in their life: what’s within your power?

the world is so huge. at a certain point we can’t control what happens to us. there’s a lot we can do for each other. there’s also so much we can’t do. but u better live it all out because u only have so much time ⏳

Emily Dickinson was a recluse, mostly unpublished and unknown in her lifetime. and still she describes universal / relatable experiences in such pretty words

fun fact: reading poetry is, like, the short form content equivalent of reading a book. so it’s like tiktok but, for words!!1! so your attention span doesn’t have to suffer! HAHAAHA

spy 🕵️‍♀️

my brother’s almost 10 years older than me
which meant that as the youngest sibling, it was my job to bother him whenever possible !!!!!
especially when he was playing video games

this comic’s to all the sibling duos out there😃

coz guess what, now it’s 10 years later
im going to college
my brother is working very far away
and i miss him all the time

cherish your siblings while they’re nearby ! and when they’re far away!!! and when you’re both busy!!! and like, all the time!!!!

love ya jefry

cybercore sketches from the sketchbook 👽

been using this new brush calligraphy pen every day for freehand (makes me want to draw more it’s so smooth)

one day somehow gravitated towards metal objects, machines, cool girls

create and don’t hold back 😺🔛🔝

naomi osaka 🎾🤍

been loving her wimbledon kit!!!
putting a spin on the all-white tradition with a kill bill inspired kimono holy moly
she is such a boss and i love it

okay so i don’t get how people can hate on naomi. scroll to her comment sections and ppl saying things like “stop making tennis into a fashion thing”

as a tennis player (and fan) i think it’s the opposite
it is SO EPIC to see someone like naomi merge tennis with fashion. what’s wrong with expressing yourself (and ur culture) through clothes. she is transforming the way players look at themselves

in an individual sport where every player is on their own, outfit becomes part of players’ identities. if outfit is customizable, why not go ham.
and I bet osaka is inspiring so many other girls out there

sooo go naomi. hope u bring home a trophy this year
yay

thoughts on graduating

_

i feel like I was just freed
and the floodgates to life opened suddenly like bam 💥 wooosh
i’ll miss the comfort of seeing the same people every day and being a high schooler with only high school worries

and more than any other time of my life, i’m realizing how much my family and friends helped me get here

where would i be without them? (truly - I’d be lost in a ditch somewhere)

the next chapter: college
(top ten moments before disaster)
(just kidding!!!!)

wishing all new graduates luck and joy no matter where you are in life <3 go on
