Only a fool confuses fate with destiny. Fate is what happens to us. Destiny is what we make in spite of our fate.

I'm just a girl with a few trucks and a dream. Today I landed the opportunity ! 🙌 by @shespeakstrashy

I’m honored to share that I will be the featured keynote speaker for Funding HER Future: A Brunch Experience for Women Entrepreneurs, hosted by the Ohio Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

As the founder of Fresh Environmental Services and Compost Clubhouse, I know first hand what it means to build with limited resources, learn as you go, and keep showing up even when the path is not always clear.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my story, lessons learned, and practical insight with other women who are building something real.

Thank you to Ronda Watson Barber, OhioMBE, and the Ohio Women’s Chamber of Commerce for this opportunity.

Happy 23rd Birthday to my beautiful daughter.
I still cannot believe you are 23 today. It feels like we have grown up together, and in so many ways, we truly have.

I am so proud of the young woman you have become and the beautiful way you continue to blossom. No matter how grown you are, you will always be my baby. I love you endlessly by @shespeakstrashy

🌿✨ COMPOST CLUBHOUSE ✨🌿

Waggoner Elementary, we had a BLAST sharing the science of composting with you! 🌍

What really makes compost work? It's not magic… it's SCIENCE in action! 💨

AIR • WATER • MICROBES 🌱

💨 AIR (Oxygen) — Keeps your compost breathing and prevents bad odors
💧 WATER (Moisture) — Feeds the process, not too dry, not too soggy
🦠 MICROBES (Tiny Living Workers) — Break down scraps into rich, healthy soil

TURN WASTE INTO LIFE 🌍

Healthy Compost = Healthy Planet ✨

Join us and dig into the science of sustainability! 🌱

She Speaks Trashy.

Entrepreneurship doesn’t just impact you.

It impacts your children too.

They didn’t choose the late nights.
They didn’t choose the risk.
They didn’t choose the uncertainty that comes with building something from nothing.

But they walk the journey with you anyway.

Every decision you make as an entrepreneur has a ripple effect at home.

The real trash?

Believing that entrepreneurship is a solo journey.

It’s not.

Your family carries the weight of the vision too.

Taking Out the Trash Thursday.

I built a business in the trash industry, and along the way I learned something powerful.
Sometimes leadership is about knowing what to throw away.
Fear. Doubt. The belief that we have to wait until we're ready.

So today I’m starting something new — She Speaks Trashy.
