SEE YOU THERE SPICYS XX by @shesspicy_

We cannot contain our excitement!!!! We’re on front page of the @gcbulletin today!

What started as just two gals catching up for a coffee has turned into the most incredible community, we feel so blessed.

Thank you to our gorgeous Spicys who’ve not only helped us create this community, but who helped us find a happiness and sense of purpose at a time we were both feeling quite lost.

You truly are so wonderful.

We’re so excited to see where this goes ❤️

Make sure you give her some love and book in for your summer nails 🥰 by @shesspicy_

It felt so good to be back at she’s spicy but wow...

Having had 12 weeks off I’ve just realised how much effort we put into it!!! And not just once every now and then… every ! single ! week !!! And for over a year and a half!

It’s absolutely huge and I am so so proud of us.

Attending the past few she’s spicys as a participant and not as an instructor has helped me realise just how special it really is 🩷 by @shesspicy_

HOT OFF THE MAT 🥰

Gorgeous Spicys welcome to our newest segment where we highlight what some of our amazing community is up to (and offer some cheeky discounts 😘)

What’s hot this week?

We had the absolute pleasure to check out @byroxy___ in Palm Beach for a special (and much needed) brow treatment.

First opening in Brisbane, By Roxy has grown so popular that they’ve decided to open on the sunny GC as well! Working out of the beautiful @bo_aesthetics_ studios, our beautician Chloe was the most gorgoeusssss human who made our brows look STUNNING.

They are offering an incredibly kind $25 off your first visit, and a complimentary lash tint to celebrate their new home in Palm Beach!

Enjoy Spicys xx

Have something that’s hot? We’d love to hear from you! by @shesspicy_

Sunrise, sand and Pilates for a cause that matters 🌅💗

Yesterday LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast teamed up with @shesspicy_ to host a free community sunrise Pilates session at Tallebudgera Beach, and what a way to start the day.

Thank you to everyone who came along and moved with us, and massive thank you to @keepthatpump @vikasati_ @soundsoflaural for your generosity 🩷

Here’s why we did it: every day in Australia, 56 people are diagnosed with breast cancer and 9 people die from this disease.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation @nbcfaus funds world-class research with a vision of Zero Deaths from breast cancer, and we wanted to be part of it.

The session was free, but our fundraising is still open.

Every donation, big or small, helps NBCF get closer to that goal.

👉 Donate via the link in our bio or the link https://shorturl.at/2mmgh

Together, we can stop deaths from breast cancer 🩷
