Hard to believe this is only 15 miles from Edinburgh. Left work at lunch. Squeezed in a mini adventure with @grenohdear . We tested out some new gear from @bisongear and @buzz_overland and still made it work for 8am.
Highland coos for company. Big skies and plenty of off-road fun thanks to @off.grid.camp .

Dall cottage & Camping one of the spots from @off.grid.camp cracking spot. Off-road track, water crossing , campfire , roof tent ,total privacy . loved it. It really doesn’t get any better than this.

A few days up north.

Back to some of my favourite roads and places, looking completely different again.

Wet, windy and wild in parts. On the plus side, no bloody midges.

Went south for a change.

Found myself another brilliant little @offgridcamp spot in Northumberland. No midges, no rain and pretty much exactly what I needed.

I was going to spend the night testing a new camera, but due to being a wanker and leaving the important bits at home, I had to resort to sitting about with a book instead.

Turns out that was probably exactly what I needed.
