🛶🏕️ Backcountry canoe trip on Maligne Lake in Jasper.✨
Couldn’t have asked for a better trip. There was either no wind or somehow it was always at our backs. Calm sunrises, Spirit Island and the Hall of the Gods to ourselves at sunset, serenades from loons, sleeping under glaciers… pretty good babymoon if you ask us.

Lake O’Hara - worth having to go to war on the crazy Parks Canada reservation system. 🤪

Finally made it to this pristine bit of beautiful Canada and, despite having smoke on one of the days, it did not disappoint. 🏕️🏔️🥾

Lady Mac - True Summit 🏔️
Welp. 🫣 That may have been the most technical bit of hiking I’ve ever done to the final summit. @grangerous decided to chill in the sun at the top instead and actually enjoy the views, while I took an extra hour to go the extra 100m across which was quite terrifying. 😅 Met two new friends (absolute legends) who helped me do the final bit… definitely could not have done it alone. 🙏🏼 Terrifying at one point but happy I did it… my inner legs are completely chewed up because I basically straddled and bum shuffled my way across the jagged rock with sheer drops on both sides because I was too scared to do it any other way. 🤪 The PB&J sandwich tasted unreal once I got back across the ridge to my bag.
We’ve been staring up at Lady Mac from Canmore for years, and loved to finally get the views from the top of her. 😍 Overall a beautiful day in the mountains with a bit of a mountain shower but mainly sun, and another summit in the books. 🌞🥾 taken in Mount Lady Macdonald by @shfatek

Banff-Jasper Relay - Leg S3!! 😁
Herbert Lake to Mosquito Creek. 🏔️🏃🏽‍♀️
When we first moved out to Alberta we happened to be driving up the Icefields Parkway to Jasper while this race was going on and I’ve wanted to do it ever since. Finally got to do a leg today. Thanks to the team for letting me join in! Had every type of weather during the 20km through the mountains. Hard and lots of elevation gain but so much fun!
Just 14 more legs to check off. 😜

🏃🏽‍♀️Got to race a couple 10Ks in some beautiful places these past few weeks and just feel grateful to get to do this sport and with some epic back drops.🏔️

Banff Triple Crown. Complete.
👑⛰️⛰️⛰️✔️
50.50km 4636m elevation gain
31/08/2025 2:35am start, 10:45pm end
⛰️Cascade: 2998m - for sunrise - stunning.
w @motivated.mrs
⛰️Rundle - 2949m - contemplated my decisions and had many doubts. w @babyc604 & @nikolasemmer
and then
⛰️Sulphur - 2281m - easy one to cap it off. w @anni__bannanie
I fucking did it. 💪🏼
But there is no way I could have without these epic humans as my support team. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Could not have done it without you guys.
Started up Cascade in the dark with pretty much no sleep but felt good. Rundle though omg… Felt like crying multiple times. 🤣🤣 Thankfully Sulphur was a walk in the park in comparison. Even made it up there to catch the end of sunset.
