عيدكم مبارك وعسى أن يعيده الله عليكم بالخير والسلامة.احتفاءً بعيد الأضحى، تقدم الفنانة والمصممة عائشة بن حيدر مشهدًا حسيًا مستوحًى من رؤى ثلاثة أجيال متعاقبة لمعنى فرحة العيد، من الأطفال المنشغلين بعيدياتهم وحلوياتهم، إلى الأجداد الذين يختصر حضورهم أسمى معاني الكرم والعطاء. وفي هذه التفاصيل البسيطة، التي قد لا نلتفت إليها دائمًا، تنبض أصدق ذكرياتنا عن الفرح والتفاؤل والاهتمام بمن نحب.عائشة بن حيدر هي فنانة ومصممة مقيمة في دبي، حاصلة على درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الغرافيكي من جامعة زايد، كما هي من خريجي منحة سلامة بنت حمدان للفنانين الناشئين، الدفعة 11 (2024).Eid Mubarak to you and your families.To celebrate Eid Al Adha, artist and designer Ayesha bin Haidar presents a tactile scene shaped by three generations’ interpretations of Eid. From the youngest family member with their Eideya and candies to the eldest who gives generously so no one is left out. These seemingly small, often overlooked items often hold our most enduring memories of joy, optimism, and care for our loved ones.Ayesha bin Haidar is a Dubai-based experimental artist and designer with a Bachelors' Degree in Graphic Design from Zayed University. كل عام وأنتم بخير! نتمنى لكم ولعائلاتكم الصحة والسعادة. في هذا العمل الفني، تقدّم الفنانة روضه المزروعي مشهدًا لواحة في مدينة العين، منفّذًا باستخدام ألوان الباستيل الزيتية. يستلهم العمل مكانة العين بوصفها فضاءً للذاكرة والاستمرارية ومصدرًا للحياة، حيث تتشكّل علاقة صامتة ومتبادلة بين الماء والأرض والوجود الإنساني. ومع انطلاقة العام الجديد، يلمّح هذا العمل إلى فكرة التجدد المتجذّر في استمرارية المشهد الطبيعي لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.روضه المزروعي فنانة بصرية وباحثة مقيمة في أبوظبي. تحمل درجة البكالوريوس في الفنون وتاريخ الفن من جامعة نيويورك أبوظبي، ودرجة الماجستير في الفنون الجميلة من الكلية الملكية للفنون في لندن.Happy New Year! The piece draws from Al Ain’s role as a site of memory, continuity, and sustenance, where water, land, and human presence quietly shape one another. As the new year begins, the work gestures toward renewal rooted the enduringness of the landscapes of the UAE.Roudhah Al Mazrouei is a visual artist and researcher based in Abu Dhabi. في يوم الشهيد، نقف وقفةَ تقديرٍ صادقة نستعيد فيها سيرة أبناء الإمارات الذين ارتقوا دفاعًا عن وطنهم، مجسّدين أسمى معاني الإخلاص والشرف. هو يوم تتقدّم فيه مشاعر الاعتزاز والفخر، إذ نُحيي فيه ذكرى شجاعة شهدائنا وتضحياتهم النبيلة التي ستظل راسخة في ذاكرة الوطن وضمير أبنائه جيلاً بعد جيل.وفي هذا العمل الفني، تُقدّم المصممة الجرافيكية شيماء المهيري كولاجًا بصريًا يستلهم «واحة الكرامة» وما تحمله من رمزية خالدة، إلى جانب قصيدة للوالد المؤسس، الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان، طيّب الله ثراه، المنقوشة على جدران النصب التذكاري.شيماء المهيري مصممة جرافيكية وخطاطة من أبوظبي، تحمل شهادة في التصميم الجرافيكي من كليات التقنية العليا.On Commemoration Day, we honor the martyrs and their service and devotion to the UAE. It is a day rooted in gratitude for their courage, their sacrifice, and the values they carried forward for future generations.In this artwork, graphic designer Shayma Al Mheiri creates a graphic collage inspired by Wahat Al Karama and by a poem of our Founding Father, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, engraved upon the walls of the memorial.Shayma Al Mheiri is a graphic designer and calligrapher based in Abu Dhabi, with a degree in Graphic Design from the Higher Colleges of Technology. by @shfuae

قبل عشر سنوات، تحوّلت ثلاثة مستودعات في ميناء زايد إلى مساحةٍ للإبداع الابتكار. ما بدأ كاستكشاف، نما ليصبح مجتمعًا يجمع الفنانين والمقيمين وصنّاع الأفكار الذين يواصلون الإسهام في تشكيل المشهد الثقافي في دولة الإمارات. منذ ذلك الحين، تحول 421 إلى منصة تستقطب العديد من الفئات المجتمعية التي ساهمت في نموّه، وتشكّلت ملامحه من خلال البرامج والمعارض والإقامات الفنية والاستكشاف والتعبير الذاتي. ومع احتفال 421 بالذكرى العاشرة لتأسيسه، نحتفي بالمجتمعات والأفكار وبالثمار التي تحققت خلال العقد الماضي، وبروح التعاون التي لا تزال تقود مسيرته.Ten years ago, three warehouses in Mina Zayed were transformed into a space for creative possibility. What began as an exploration has grown into a vibrant community of artists, curators, and makers who continue to shape the UAE’s cultural landscape. Since then, 421 has evolved into a dynamic environment shaped by the many communities that have contributed to its evolution; Communities that have grown steadily through programs, exhibitions, residencies, and the space to explore and come into their own.As 421 marks this milestone, we reflect on a decade of ongoing experimentation, learning, and change — and the spirit of curiosity that continue to guide its journey. by @shfuae

مع اختتام إكسبو2025 أوساكا، يبقى في الذاكرة العمل الجماعي الذي صاغ رحلة جناح دولة الإمارات “من الأرض إلى الأثير”. فقد اجتمع الباحثون والمعماريون والمصممون والفنانون والمفكرون والعلماء وسفراء الشباب والزوار في تعاون واحد، حوّل الرؤية إلى مساحة للحوار والاكتشاف، وألهم نقاشات حول التراث والابتكار ومستقبلنا المشترك. As Expo 2025 Osaka ends, what stays with us is the collective spirit that shaped the UAE Pavilion’s “Earth to Ether” journey. Designers, architects, artists, thinkers, scientists, Youth Ambassadors, visitors, and many others came together, turning a vision into a place of dialogue and discovery, sparking conversations on heritage, innovation, and the future we share. by @shfuae
