daily 2024 calendar for @duanzi._ ‘s birthday from earlier this month 📆 inspired by the 2023 cal from @fivemetalshop

a collaborative project of memories and celebrations, silly or personal (or both), caught in the graininess of risograph (thank you jen for printing all the pages 🙏🤲 everyone clap) with almost every day sent as a letter from a friend. thankful for everyone’s willingness to share their treasured thoughts - my biggest regret is not hounding down more friends to contribute!

life is short! the world can be a hard place to look at! this project took up a lot of time & space and i was stressed out for 80% of it. but piecing together everyone’s love and presence maybe made it worth it. let’s do more to create tenderness! to express love together!

special thank you’s to @gaogao._.y @isa_alberola for helping me cut the pages, @ethshek @wherearau for 3d printing the final assembly pieces, and @janiceji.ji (endless thank you’s to her) for risoprinting it all! and to everyone else ! for being a key part of this! by @shibajpeg

thank you to everyone for the love, presence, and helping me grow up a little more over the years. i dont think i can put into words how grateful i am for everything, how i dreaded graduation, and how shocking it felt when it all ended. please keep in touch, and never disappear! even if i never see some of you again, i'll always be happy knowing that you're thriving somewhere else. love and miss you all by @shibajpeg
