Our Monday classes are still running through the summer (asides from a couple of dates as I need to take a break! 😂)

A high vibe night where we came together through movement, music and community.

YESSSSS. We did it.

MONDAYS are now officially LOCKED IN.

Thanks to all of you who made it along to our first ever Monday class, and the thanks to you who we managed to catch for a quick video before you zoomed off for the rest of your evening.
