Solo adventure challenge 1/30

It’s not REALLY about the paper clip…

This is the reality of anxiety. I’m the kind of person who rehearses what I’ll say before making a phone call. I’ll write notes and make sure I have all the answers I can think of right in front of me so there’s little room for the unknown. So when the unexpected happens… my brain’s default is panic mode.

Although technically a “failed” challenge, the fact that I tried is a huge WIN!

So pick the next number that I should attempt from the pinned comment 🫠

I NEED YOUR HELP 🙏🏽

I bought this book and I’m excited to dive into it but also scared that I will chicken out and not follow through soooo…I’m asking YOU to hold me accountable!

Pick a number on the screen and comment down below. The most commonly picked number is the challenge that I’ll do. And yes…I WILL be documenting the adventures 😅

A reminder that you don’t need a perfect plan to give yourself permission to change 💖
