Some of us are praying for what we're currently proving we can't steward.

We ask God for greater influence but neglect the people He's already entrusted to us.
We ask for a platform but won't stay faithful in obscurity.
We ask for more provision while mismanaging what He's already placed in our hands.
We ask for purpose while ignoring today's obedience.

Be careful.

You can become so familiar with a blessing that you stop treating it like one.

Esau fumbled his birthright for a bowl of stew.
Samson fumbled his strength because he played with compromise.
Judas fumbled proximity to Jesus for thirty pieces of silver.

Not because they weren't gifted.
Because they stopped valuing what God gave them.

The enemy doesn't always have to steal the gift.
Sometimes all he has to do is convince you to treat it casually.

The marriage.
The ministry.
The child.
The calling.
The opportunity.
The platform.
The influence.
The presence of God.

The things you once cried out for in prayer can become the very things you barely thank God for.

And when gratitude fades, stewardship usually follows.

God doesn't just watch how you receive a gift.
He watches how you carry it.

Who you become determines whether you can keep what you've been given.

Don't ask God for another door while leaving this one hanging open.
Don't pray for increase while mishandling what He's already entrusted to you.
Don't beg for "more" while being careless with "now."

Because every gift from God carries responsibility.
Every blessing requires stewardship.
Every opportunity demands faithfulness.

The quickest way to lose what God entrusted is to start acting like you earned it.

"Whoever is faithful in very little is also faithful in much." — Luke 16:10

Some people lose gifts because the devil stole them. Others lose gifts because they stopped stewarding them. Know the difference.

Some people are waiting on a miracle while God is waiting on them to stop dropping the one He already gave them. taken in Madison, Alabama by @shileshia

You can read the Bible cover to cover and still miss the point if it never reads you.

Scripture was never meant to simply inform your mind—it was meant to expose your heart.

Some people leave the Bible exactly the way they came because they treat it like a history book instead of a heart exam.

It's easy to underline verses.
It's harder to let those verses underline the places where pride still lives...
Where unforgiveness still hides...
Where compromise still survives...
Where fear still dictates your decisions.

The Word isn't asking, "Did you finish the chapter?"

It's asking:
Did it expose your pride?
Did it confront your excuses?
Did it challenge your bitterness?
Did it call your faith higher?

The Bible isn't just a mirror you glance at. It's a mirror that reveals what needs to change, a scalpel that cuts away what doesn't belong, a fire that refines, and a hammer that breaks what refuses to bow.

Stop asking,
"What did I read today?"

Start asking,
"What did God reveal about me today?"

Because transformation doesn't happen when you finish another chapter.

It happens when the Author starts rewriting yours.

The evidence that you've been in the Word isn't how many verses you can quote.

It's how much of you died... and how much of Christ now lives.
