It’s been so hot + humid this summer (and still is🥵)!! Been on a hugggeee shaved ice craving! Here are a few out of many spots to check out in the dmv before fall finally comes!! Bingsoo and Kakigori 🤩🍧

Notice‼️ @sakusaku_flakerie only offers soft serve during summer!

📝siroo bingsoo melted veryyyy quickly within a few min but I enjoyed the flavors !

An authentic Korean bakery that seriously takes me back! You know those childhood memories of holding your mom and dad’s hands and walking to the little bakery near your house? We all have those memories, right? 🥹
Well, this place feels exactly like those old-school Korean bakeries from back in the day. These days, we’re so used to French bakeries, sourdough, and fancy croissants, but here, you get to rediscover those nostalgic Korean breads we grew up with! Crispy Korean croquettes, chewy and sweet twisted doughnuts (kkwabaegi), sweet red bean buns, buttery crumb-topped soboro bread… 🥐🍞

And the best part? The prices are seriously unbeatable!
Nothing fancy or over-the-top—just that comforting, familiar taste that takes you straight back to your childhood with the very first bite.😂
And honestly, isn’t this what a real Korean bakery is all about?

Trying the most beautiful desserts in the DMV ✨

These are just as fun to eat as they are to look at - the ASMR goes crazy 😮‍💨

This OG Korean bakery makes their 3D fruit desserts in-house and the variety is huge. Mango + raspberry were my favorites, the coffee one was rich, and the avocado is definitely unique.

they also have froyo + bingsoo for the summer 🍧
