After 16 Years and 3 Months… It’s Time to Say Goodbye. ❤️🏡💔
Last Wednesday was one of the most emotional days of our lives as we officially closed escrow and said our final goodbye to the place we had called home for 16 years and three months.
We purchased our house in Tustin Meadows in July 2010, never imagining how many wonderful memories we would create within those walls. From countless happy moments to late nights working on my beloved cars in the garage, this house was so much more than just a place to live. It was our home, our sanctuary, and a huge part of our lives. ❤️
What a blessing to find the perfect new owners just FOUR DAYS after listing!
A HUGE shout-out to our amazing realtor, Ali Jahanshahi @realtoralij , and his beautiful wife, Shirin, who worked her magic staging our home! 🙌❤️
Having Ali as a friend for over 20 years made this experience even more special. His professionalism, dedication, and expertise, combined with Shirin's incredible creativity and attention to detail, made them an unbeatable team! We couldn't have asked for better people to guide us through this emotional journey. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts!
As we prepare to begin a new chapter in Japan after 28 wonderful years in Orange County, leaving this house behind is one of the hardest parts of saying goodbye to California.
Thank you, dear home, for 16 years and three months of happiness, comfort, and unforgettable memories. You sheltered us through life's ups and downs and gave us a place we were always proud to call home.
It's heartbreaking to know we'll never walk through that front door as its owners again, but knowing another family will now create their own beautiful memories here makes saying goodbye a little easier.
A new chapter awaits in Japan, but a piece of our hearts will always remain in Tustin Meadows. ❤️🏡🇺🇸🇯🇵 by @shin58bug

Before delivering my ’58 Bug for its long journey to Japan, I made one last stop at @ispwest at 7:00 a.m.—just a block away from the shipping forwarder—for a final snapshot in California. And somehow, Alex was already there.
It was hard to believe this was really the last morning with L245 in California. So many miles, memories, friendships, and unforgettable moments came with this VW.

It’s hard to believe this chapter is really coming to an end. So many unforgettable memories, drives, shows, and friendships were made with my ’58 Bug here in California.
