What is Feel Good Dance Fitness?? 👇

It’s a 45 min dance fitness class where the main purpose is to help you to “Feel Good” while working up a sweat and having fun!!
During this class I emphasise how there is no right or wrong, simply follow along as best you can and keep up the good energy ✨ (smiling works extra muscles too 🤭)
This is footage from my class on Virgin Voyages 🚢
As you can see there is a mix of all ages & capabilities enjoying the class altogether because this class really is for EVERYONE 🪩🫶🏻

Keep an eye out for class schedule coming soon to join in on the fun!!! ✨🥳🤩 #dancefitness #feelgood #kingscourt #reelsinstagram #motivation by @shinewithsteph_

How would our members describe Feel Good Dance Fitness?? ✨

Asked some members of our Feel Good Dance Fitness community how they would describe the classes to someone who hasn’t tried them yet and here is what some of them said 📣🗣️

Thank you to those who took part and for the kind words, I love hearing how much fun you’re having in these classes and my goal is for others to feel this too and to join our community ✨🫶🏻💃🏻
