This week in BJJ....
C got his first stripe, so it's a full house now. Really proud of him - shift work doesn't make it easy but he works so hard when he can make it to the sessions.
And some action shots. Can we all take a moment to appreciate D's amazing shorts!!! (And C's amazing bruises!!!) by @shinyredstar

A few recent pics:
Saying 'see you soon' to Kris, one of our awesome coaches - he was the little kids' coach when our (not so) little kid started BJJ and was instrumental in growing kiddos confidence and basic skills and he's now 'graduated' to the teens classes where he's coming on at a real pace.

He had the fun of rolling with one of our lovely ladies crew last night and after taunting her because he is now a little bit taller than her, proceeded to choke her... (She was being very generous - she kicks my ass and submits me on a regular basis, but Dai loved every second of it!)

And then, a few pics of our ladies team being very grown up and mature. (Apologies to coach Jess, I'm not sure why it's chopped her head off... 😕)
If any of my local friends would like to join us, come and try it for yourself, we train at 17:30 on a Wednesday, down at The Mill. by @shinyredstar
