A lot has changed between those two versions of me.

Yes, including the weight. But for me, it’s everything you can’t see. 🤎

The confidence. The boundaries. The way I show up for myself now. The way I’ve stopped feeling guilty for making myself a priority. I’m learning what deserves my energy and what doesn’t.

Still me. Just evolving.

Because the goal was never just to change my body.

It was to build a life where I continue to become a better me.
