My verse for the day!

Exodus 25:2 instructs Moses to have the Israelites bring a voluntary contribution (or offering) for the construction of the Tabernacle.

The offering was to be accepted from anyone whose heart moved them to give, emphasizing voluntary, cheerful giving of materials like gold, silver, and wood.

Key Aspects of Exodus 25:2

Voluntary Offering: The contributions were not forced but based on willingness ("from every man whose heart moves him").

Purpose: The materials were for building the Tabernacle (a sanctuary) for God.

Materials Requested: The requested items included precious metals, fabrics, and, according to subsequent verses, wood and spices.

Significance: This verse emphasizes that offerings for God should be given freely and cordially.

My prayer is Lord help me EVERYTIME. Let my heart be willing to do whatever you would have me do.
