New England Masters Championship 2026. Bedford, New Hampshire, USA.

Thank you to the organizers, judges, volunteers, and fellow athletes for an amazing event. Everything was top-notch. I had a great time competing and learned what I need to work on.
Hope to come back better prepared next year! @newenglandmasterschampionship #NewEnglandMastersChampionship #CrossFitMasters #CrossFitCanada #CrossFitCompetition #crossfitnewbrunswick taken in CrossFit Amoskeag by @shirokiimaks

Blessed and proud.
Congratulations to these two knights and this little princess.

At the end of July, they took the Oath of Citizenship and swore allegiance to His Majesty the King. Today, their Canadian passports finally arrived.

Kyrylo, Zakhar and Mariia — officially Canadian, and ready to wear the Maple Leaf with pride and dignity.

God Save the King. And good luck to Canada with these three. taken in Canada by @shirokiimaks

Quebec City Demi-HYROX 🇨🇦 | July 4, 2026
My second HSQ Demi-HYROX this year.
The time was almost identical to Sherbrooke, but the race felt completely different. I felt stronger, more confident, and in control.
Finished 16th out of 49 athletes in the 35+ age category.
There is still work to do, and that’s what makes the journey exciting.
One step at a time. On to the next challenge. Thanks @evenements.hsq and @katiewoodscreative

HYROX New York 2026 🇺🇸🔥

Hamstring complained all race long.

Lunges killed me.

Crawled to Wall Balls.

Finished Wall Balls with no legs left:
Quads — gone.
Hamstrings — gone.
Soul — questionable. 😅

20 seconds faster than Atlanta.

Finished HYROX New York. On top of the world. 🇺🇸🔥

New York was amazing! 😄

We enjoyed thousands of tourists, endless traffic, expensive parking, and walking distances that Google Maps confidently called «nearby.»

The city never sleeps. Neither do the sirens.

Crowds everywhere, cars everywhere, people everywhere.

And somehow... we loved it.

Great trip, great memories, great adventure.

But at the end of the day, New Brunswick is home — quiet, peaceful, safe, and never too far away from nature.

New York is a great place to visit.

New Brunswick is a great place to live. 😊 #NewYork #NYC #WallStreetBull #EmpireStateBuilding #timessquare taken in New York City by @shirokiimaks

Just a few years ago, Canada was a completely new country for Kyrylo A new language, a new school, new friends, and new challenges.

Today he graduates from St. Stephen High School and is preparing for the next step at Trent University.

Along the way, he earned recognition for both academics and athletics, received the Nicholas Desilets Memorial Scholarship, was named MVP for Varsity Boys Soccer, earned an Athletic Award, and represented his school in both soccer and rugby.

But more important than any award is the young man he has become — hardworking, determined, respectful, and willing to put in the work when nobody is watching.

Watching you grow into the man you are today has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Congratulations, Kyrylo. I am proud of you, I believe in you, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you next.
