The second best Bloody Mary in all the land (the first belongs to @swiftbars). You can’t quite see it but this was garnished with one of those tiny, elusive-but-cute watermelon cucumbers 🍉🥒 taken in The Pig Hotel by @shitidointhebath

We brought our own bottle of Uncle Nearest with us on a trip and asked them to use it to make a Whiskey Sour (Uncle Nearest is still not widely available in the UK on-trade). It needed a little bit more lemon to cut through the higher ABV, but HELLO it’s good!

Apparently the name “French 75” was inspired by the feeling of being shot by a Howitzer, a gun used by the French in WW1. The only thing I feel hit by with this champagne cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet and sour 👌🏽

Made this whisky sour with the beautiful Hedonism by @compassboxwhiskyco
Garnished with a slice of apple to highlight the fruitier notes of a whisky that has loads of delicious vanilla and caramel flavours. Slainte 🥃

I’m back in the bath! It’s been a while as I was without a watery outlet for the longest time but celebrating being back in the game with a very special glass of Late Disgorged Yarra Bank from Yerring Station in the Yarra Valley, 2007. Brought this baby all the way back from Aus 12 months ago. Standard, pretty cocktails resuming service soon 🍾

I wish that tap was pouring whisky! Chivas 18 on ice with an orange twist. That twist makes such a difference - turns this into a stunning dram. .
