Very raw. Very spontaneous.
Watch till the end to see me completely lose myself to the music.

If you’ve known me for a while, you know improv hasn’t always come easy. Movement comes easy, but the second I was put on the spot, my brain would freeze. I’d overthink the repetition, the strength, the aesthetics of it.

I’ve put in a lot of work to break out of that shell and I have my teachers to thank for pushing me through it.

Today, I let go.
I let the music take over.
I don’t remember the last time I improvised through an entire song and let my body do its thing, but this felt different. This felt free.

a small group of humans in a magical, marginally habitable somewhere that I would follow into logistical chaos, sleep deprivation and mild debauchery without hesitation.
