Buffi buffi Ihr Lieben! die Shiva’s Session pausierte ja diese Woche, nach dem EMBER-Wochenende vom @uhu_berlin brauchten @yogi.kesha & ich selbst erstmal ein bisschen Integration & Sortierung. 😅 War super schön.

Dafür laden wir diesen Freitag ab 18 Uhr wieder zur FLOWERS in den UHU Salon.

Ganz entspannt: zusammenkommen, Sauna, Sound, bisschen buffen, quatschen, chillen & Munchies teilen. Kein großes Programm, kein Stress, eher gemeinsames Landen nach dieser wilden Zeit.

@djniyam legt auf und wenn ihr Lust habt, bringt gerne etwas fürs Buffet zum Teilen, euer Gras, zwei Handtücher & gemütliche Sachen mit.

Mittwochabend in Berlin: Ein Kreis, ein gemeinsamer Zug Gras – dann füllt ein resonierendes „A-U-M“ den Raum, und die Yoga-Praxis beginnt. Seit über fünf Jahren verbindet «Shiva’s Session» Menschen mit einem Ritual aus Hatha Yoga, bewusstem Gras-Genuss und echter Gemeinschaft.
Die Gründer:innen erzählen im Beitrag, warum ausgerechnet der Verzicht auf Tabak und das gemeinsame „Hi zum High“ so vieles verändert. Das Besondere dabei ist nicht der Rausch selbst, sondern der bewusste Rahmen drumherum – Intention, Dosierung, Nachspüren –, wodurch ein Ritual entsteht, das viele Teilnehmende nachhaltig verändert.

Am Mittwoch war wieder einer dieser Abende, an denen unsere Gruppe wie ein großer Energieba den Raum zum leuchten gebracht hat. Voll, warm, wach. Wir sind tief gegangen, haben geteilt, gelacht, geschwitzt, gehalten und uns genau dort getroffen, wo es echt wird. Danke an alle, die diese Session so besonders gemacht haben. 🙏🏻

hallooo dear! Just checking in what this buzz is all about … you know what SHIVA‘S SESSION is, right?! or have you heard about it? What it is that we actually offer?

For some years now we, Keshava @yogi.kesha & Artjom @bruder.bebi have been hosting one of Berlin‘s regular Can .. abis (you know what plant) Yoga Sessions. 🌿🥦😮‍💨✨ A mindful extension of what a yoga class can be, we thought. But it became so much more along the way …

When we started out with C🌿B🥦D Yoga back in 2021 and no one showed up, at the first … we believed in the combination of 🥦 & Yoga to be the ultimate path to enlightenment, pure joy and absolute bliss!

We believe everybody must love an enhanced yoga session with full embodiment, instant open throat chakra, deep state third eye vision, a green beating heart full of excitement and a breath … endlessly, effortlessly, flowing like the waves ashore the beaches of paradise … have a hot chai with it, offer the most beautiful ALTAR to the plant, to the space, to the fire and have fresh & nourishing munchies, share from the heart. Just your regual Wednesday night in Berlin Treptow. einfach nur geil und noch geiler: COMMUNITY, CONNECTION, BEING IN THE MOMENT. like water the plant and shower it with love.

We always knew good w🌿eed, we have smoked all around the globe, just like you did, no? Amsterdam, Jamaica, California, Canada, Spain, Italy … Thailand, India, Bali ufff … imagine … that‘s why we know how precious and uniquely aligned an organically grown, outdoor Brandenburger Hecke is, grown with love and community … watered by rain, kissed by the sun, moved by the wind … one puff, pure, no T🟤BACCO, … and all you want to become is to feel like a warm chocolate cake with icing, like the buddha, light of a candle, nag champa, and a coca-cola 🙏🏼😮‍💨💖

In short:
SHIVA‘S SESSION is a place to feel more, not less. To slow down, tune in, and explore consciousness with an open heart. It’s not about performance—it’s about presence. amen
