Today I came across my old college name badges.
For a moment, time paused.
They reminded me of a golden chapter of my life… days filled with energy, confidence, leadership, and dreams that felt limitless.
I remember the halls, the voices, the responsibilities, and the pride of being trusted with something so meaningful.
And then I looked at where life has taken me today — a home filled with love, routine, and quiet responsibilities. Sometimes I wonder how that outspoken, ambitious girl became this calm housewife managing a different kind of world.
But maybe those days didn’t disappear. Maybe that strength, that leadership, that spark… is still somewhere within me, simply living in a different form.
Life has its own beautiful ways of rewriting our roles.
Still, holding those little badges today reminded me of the girl I once was — and the strength I still carry within me. 🌿 by @shivisubbu
