The start of this year has been a rough one. I never truly understood what it meant to loose someone you truly love. Someone dearest in heart. To now have lived through what was such a painful experience has taught me many things, but the one thing that stands out above them all is to love on your people. Spend that time, move with intention and spread love it’s free.

So much has happened since the start of this year. I decided to step out on faith and give myself a fresh start something completely different & new. I’ve moved away from everything I’ve ever known. Starting over in a new city has been interesting to say the least. Something even more interesting is the fact, love came knocking at my door once again and I’ve answered. It’s response has been authentic, genuine, supportive & caring. The type of love we all need🤎.

As we’re almost halfway through the year, I pray it continues to get better for everyone. Live life! don’t let it live you! by @shizzy_show
