Last weekend, I finished Top 10 overall at age 55, took 2nd place in the 14’ division to an athlete 20 years younger who also happens to be a world record holder, and was honored to win the North Shore Triple Crown Championship in the 14’ division. 🏆

At Dopamine FX, this is exactly what we believe in: getting out on the water, challenging yourself, and proving what you’re capable of—regardless of age.

Congratulations to the other Triple Crown champions: Charlie Verco (Unlimited), Lucas Forbes (Stock), Kanesa Duncan-Seraphin (Women’s Unlimited), and Ally Schillinger (Women’s Stock). It was an honor to compete alongside all of you. 🤙 @shlens taken in Dopamine FX by @shlens

Thank you @molokai2oahu , @barkboards , @florence_marine_x , @miletwentytwo , @uscg , and all the sponsors of Molokai-2-Oahu for this incredible race and day. Also a huge thank you to @yendorsille for helping out on the boat and getting me to the finish, while getting some great shots… not to mention my incredibly patient wife @drchrislatham who, knowing my history of shoulder issues, persevered through my attempts to regain youth while training and racing this season after having “retired” from racing in 2022. Stoked to still have a little in the tank. Chris 100% helped me dial in that nutrition & health to keep me strong throughout. I love you, babe!
