When India’s fastest Individual Medley swimmer, @shoan__05 , came to the lab, we took a deep dive into his start.

Even at the highest level, there are always opportunities to gain valuable hundredths of a second.

Through biomechanical analysis, underwater footage, and targeted feedback, we worked on refining key aspects of his start. A few sessions later, the difference is clear.

The post analysis start is faster, but why? 👀

भारतीय तैराकों ने हाल ही में 11वें एशियाई एक्वेटिक्स चैंपियनशिप 2025 में पुरुषों की 4x200 मीटर फ़्रीस्टाइल रिले स्पर्धा में रजत पदक जीता है। यह चैंपियनशिप अहमदाबाद, भारत में आयोजित की गई थी।
रिले टीम में अनीश एस गौड़ा, साजन प्रकाश, शोआन गांगुली और श्रीहरि नटराज शामिल थे। उन्होंने 7:23.38 का समय निकालकर रजत पदक हासिल किया और चीन के ठीक पीछे रहे। यह प्रदर्शन इस महाद्वीपीय मीट में भारत के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि थी, जिसने एक नया 'बेस्ट इंडियन टाइम' भी स्थापित किया। 🇮🇳🙏👏👏❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
