A little reminder that you don’t have to wait for someone to be free to do the things you want to do. 🍂 Took myself to the apple orchard for lunch and ended up having the sweetest solo pumpkin picking date. #iowa #fallactivities taken in Appleberry Orchard by @shockeritschey

@culversgarden has officially entered fall mode. 🍂

Porch goose costumes, warm autumn colors, seasonal home decor, cozy candles AND the cutest little finds tucked throughout the shop. If you’re someone who waits for fall decorating… this is your sign to go wander. 🤎

Check back to see what came home with me this trip! taken in Culver's Garden Center & Greenhouse by @shockeritschey

A dog who feels understood has a human who knows what to look for.

#DogBehavior #CanineBehavior #BehaviorIsCommunication #UnderstandYourDog

A shirt with a pretty important message behind it. Waldrup Somatic Method™ is understanding dogs beyond just their behavior. It’s paying attention to their nervous system, stress responses, and having a better idea of what they may actually be communicating.

Because our dogs deserve to feel understood, not just managed. 🤍

Cute merch. Good mission. Happier, safer dogs.

#WaldrupSomaticMethod #MakeDogsFeelSafeAgain #DogLovers #CanineWellness

Instead of only asking, “How do I stop this behavior?”

Waldrup Somatic Method™ encourages us to also ask:

“What is my dog trying to tell me?”

#doglanguage #dogtraining #dogtherapy #buildtrust

Sometimes the first step isn’t asking more from your dog.

It’s helping them feel safe enough to respond.

#CanineNervousSystem #NervousSystemRegulation #CanineRegulation #RegulatedDog

Sometimes the goal isn’t simply a well-behaved dog.

Maybe it’s a dog who genuinely feels safe.

What’s yours?
