This body has been through a lot of suffering, pains, sickness, disappointment constant more than 10 kgs water retention influx daily throughout decades and cancer invasion now.
Some people's would had hated that and hope all this hasn't happen.

Just when I thought it's time for me to self love and focus on healing , I was succumbed to bullies whom fat shamed and some trying to take picture of my wounds. To some point I've to make protection order to stop them from approaching.
Seeing my plastic surgeon doctor today, he was so impressed with my recovery. Not just that I manage to shake off all the fats without another surgery but also I don't required tummy tuck to remove access skin that I've to accumulated for a year. That will power to constantly prove and fight for myself. Finding way out to a workout that won't caused my body release cortisol.

I'm love to thank my clients that needed me and pushed me to understand each individual emotional and physical need helping them relieving chronic pains. They are more than just a clients to me. I've became a better person.

So often, we seek and we search, trying to find joy in everything outside of our control, when the truth is: joy resides in us all.

Whilst joy may be found temporarily in material things, it’s often the tiny moments that truly make our hearts sing.

I'm feeling bad to this elderly whom had throat cancer 🥹 watching him clearing mucus from his throat helplessly. I guess a warm glass of warm water from would mean a lot to someone like us. He is not battling alone. At national cancer centre today to find out what's causing me groggy and throwing out for months. They would arrange MRI to my brain as soon as possible.
Life is just a thin line between life and death. Why not walk them gracefully, respectfully and meaningfully? by @shoeilee

I miss those smile I use to had. Well, I'll love to remind myself. A perfect life is not about how carefree and comfortable I'm living. It's about how I can still wear my smile despite hardship while overcome obstacles.

Chance upon a man with anger management at PLQ! Everything happened too fast.. Saw kids running up the escalator to their mum. Next moment I heard very loud whacking sounds twice with a man screaming n shouting. I ran up the escalator slowly with my swollen legs. Recording everything just incase.
I know I'm recovering from my infected wound but I can't watch without helping when no one does at 10.20pm.
I went to check on the mother and her 3 kids with their maid that hurried to their car if they are alright after making sure that crazy man was stopped by his woman to the wall.
He is still pacing up n down in anger with heavy breathing when I'm checking on her. She obviously don't know him neither the kids knock on him. I've to hurried her to leave before that crazy fella charge over.
Seriously, the staff from the office came out to check on the situation later. They could had acted faster.
I beg anyone of u or ur loves one whom had anger issues to seek help. Mental illness is not to be taken lightly. Please don't take chance..
