All I did was let my New Orleans client know that her scores were a little TOO LOW right now for downpayment assistance, but it she’s willing to pay for credit repair that option MAY still available! 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣 If you’re a potential buyer looking to receive DPA which can essentially mean NO DOWN PAYMENT at the closing table, don’t pull up like she did.. shoot me a quick DM or give me a phone call so we can discuss the requirements! 📱 Vershon Augustus Sr., Realtor® Agent | Prime Properties Team 16573 Airline Highway Suite C Prarieville, Louisiana 70769 vershon@primeproperties225.com Office Phone # : 225-575-7189 Cell Phone # : 225-439-5907 by @shonthang

✨🏡 SOME MOMENTS DESERVE A LITTLE EXTRA CELEBRATION. 🔑🥂 The signatures are finished. The keys are in hand. And that “what if?” has officially turned into “we did it!” 🎉 Today, we’re celebrating our clients on becoming homeowners! ❤️ There’s something pretty amazing about standing inside a home for the first time knowing it’s no longer someone else’s property—it’s theirs. The blank rooms will soon have personality. The empty walls will collect memories. The quiet spaces will become part of everyday life. And that front door? It’s about to welcome a whole lot of good things. 🏠✨ A closing may be the finish line for the transaction, but for our clients, it’s really the starting line for everything that comes next. Congratulations on this incredible milestone! 🎊 Thank you for trusting Prime Properties Realty Group to be part of your journey from start to finish. Today, you got the keys. Tomorrow, you start making it home. 🔑❤️ WELCOME TO YOUR NEW BEGINNING! 🥂🏡 📍 Prime Properties Realty Group, LLC 16573 Airline Hwy., Prairieville, LA 70769 📞 225.575.7189 (Office) | 225.439.5907 (Cell) #SoldWithPrime #JustClosed #KeysInHand #WelcomeHome #NewHomeowners #HomeSweetHome #ClosingDay #Homeownership #NewBeginnings #HouseToHome #LouisianaRealEstate #PrairievilleRealEstate #LouisianaHomes #ClientSuccess #HomeBuyingJourney #PrimePropertiesRealtyGroup #WeSellLouisiana #NewChapter #HomeGoals #MakingMemorie by @shonthang
