I was having occasional FTE/stove pipes with my AF Romulus. I thought maybe I had worn out the recoil spring and tested different recoil springs and even bought a DPM recoil reduction systems guide rod. Turns out that wasn’t the issue. It was this giant ass red dot occasionally swatting casings back into the ejection port. This was the last range session with this red dot. It now lives on a gun where it doesn’t slightly hang over the ejection port. 😂 #2011 #alphafoxtrot #gunsofinstagram #uspsa #competitionshooting by @shootah_tee
If Avengers Doomsday doesn’t play this song during the opening credits I’m walking out. #uspsa #2011 #competitionshooting #allgasnobrakes #guns by @shootah_tee
Training is all gas no brakes from now on. Not gonna leave a range day with all clean targets. #allgasnobrakes #uspsa #mambamentality #competitionshooting #2011 by @shootah_tee
Last stage I have to post from the match. If you shoot in competitions, you can immediately see what’s costing me HF. I settle in on each position, and over confirm a perfect site picture on every target. The next few weeks of practice will be blending positions, shooting on the move, and slamming on the gas pedal. Loving the work! #uspsa #mambamentality #2011 #allgasnobrakes #grind by @shootah_tee

Finished the competition using a buddy’s Stealth Arms Platypus. The Platypus is an amazing gun. I really like the Deadpool style colorway. The Romulus I have had a bent ejector. It’s already up and running again after being at a gunsmith for a day. #uspsa #2011 #competitionshooting #mambamentality #allgasnobrakes by @shootah_tee

Second stage I shot from last weekend’s competition. This was my best stage. The difference between me, the GM who won this stage, and the other top finishers was speed. Did a little blending of shooting positions on this one, albeit slowly 😂 Working on that gas pedal. #uspsa #mambamentality #allgassnobrakes #2011 #competitionshooting by @shootah_tee
First stage from the last weekend’s competition. Shot very accurately. Gotta step on the gas more to win the stages. #uspsa #allgasnobrakes #mambamentality #2011 #competitionshooting by @shootah_tee
