Introducing the absolutely iconic new Team Brave kit 🔥🔥🔥

This kit has been months in the making, from @fernclearydesign coming up with the design, the amazing @eleven_as_one working with us to turn it into a reality, and our awesome sponsors @loskopcoffee and @crumbsofkeynsham jumping on board and supporting us too 💙

The fit and feel of these kits is unreal - that’s what you get with @eleven_as_one. The attention to detail is unmatched!

Somehow it's been a year since part of my hamstring became my new ACL and I thought what better time to tell you about just some of my village who showed up for me ❤️

It's been such a long journey and I'm still not back to playing sport. Sometimes it's so hard to keep the motivation but thinking back to this time one year ago it's hard to deny how far I've come!

If you know anyone who's having surgery or is struggling to leave the house, check in on them, bring them food, hang out for a couple hours. I'm telling you it can make the world of difference! Some of my worst days were when I felt alone.

Here's to hopefully many more years of good knee health!! by @shooting.her.shot
