When I started @shop.galassi it was never just about selling clothes. It was about watching a woman put on a piece and stand a little differently. It was curating a feeling, a very specific taste, and getting to share it with people who trusted me enough to bring it into their own closets. That part of it changed me. ✨ I’ll be honest, owning a business holds two truths at once. It is the most inspiring thing I’ve ever done, and it is also really, really hard. It’s not as glamorous as the feed makes it look. It’s late nights, self-doubt, unglamorous decisions, and pouring yourself into something with no guarantee anyone will notice. Both truths are real, and I think this should be talked about more, specifically in the fashion apparel industry. To be a fashion retailer is brutal right now. I won’t pretend otherwise. But here’s the thing I can’t explain: every time I’ve wanted to give up on it, something pulls me back. Call it fate, call it destiny, call it stubbornness. Whatever it is, I’ve stopped fighting it.🤣 So Galassi is evolving. Less shop, more story. I’m building toward something editorial, real women, real closets, and the emotional power of what we wear. ❤️‍🔥Because the most interesting thing about fashion isn’t the clothes. It’s what they mean to the person wearing them. Every closet has a story. I want to tell them. ✨ To every model who brought these pieces to life, every photographer who caught the vision, every customer who took a chance on a small brand, all the interns I taught and mentored, everyone who’s ever DM’d me just to say they love Galassi, and my friends and family who showed up for every drop. You built this with me, and I can’t wait for you all to build this next chapter too.
