Taking my mom to see my AKUA products at Indigo for the first time was supposed to be a cute little mother-daughter moment… but clearly, she had other plans 😭😂

If you know African mothers, you already know NOTHING goes as planned! 💀🤣

At least she keeps me humble! 😂❤

All I asked was for my mom to be herself… why did she suddenly change her accent?! 😭😂🇬🇭

There’s clean… and then there’s African net sponge CLEAN! 🧼✨🇬🇭

I asked my Ghanaian mom how she feels after using her AKUA African net sponge, and her response says it ALL! 😂❤️

That fresh, smooth, squeaky-clean feeling after a shower is unmatched! 😍

Have you experienced it yet? 👀

Three orders later and we’re still feeling the love 🥹🤎

When you continue to choose AKUA, we notice. So for her third order, we added a few little extras to make this delivery feel extra special. ✨

Because repeat customers deserve repeat love. 🫶🏾

I love seeing African culture finally getting the love and appreciation it deserves. 🥹🇬🇭🤎

The traditions, the beauty, the food, the music, the products — so much of what we grew up with is now being celebrated on a global stage. And I love to see it. ✨

Proud to build AKUA with a little piece of home at the heart of it. 🇬🇭🤎
