We loveee showing off these sapphires! A lot of folks come into the shop and are surprised that sapphires don't only come in the classic royal blue. These gems get their color from trace minerals, like iron, titanium, and chromium.

They such beautiful, versatile stones, and their hardness makes them perfect for everyday wear. by @shopaiyah

We’re seeing a lot of requests for East-West engagement rings!!

East-West refers to the direction of the stone. A traditional ring would have the stone sitting parallel with the finger (North-South). East-West is sitting perpendicular across your finger. She’s modern, she’s chic, we love her. taken in Aiyah by @shopaiyah

If you've been to Aiyah Art Market in the past couple of years, then you've probably met Adrienne of @feast_jewelry!

We're so happy to welcome her jewels into the shop. We love her design choices, deadstock materials , and use of asymmetry. Every piece unique and fun.

We have a huge selection that we're working to get online, but in the meantime, stop in the shop to see what we've got!

If you’ve been to Aiyah, then you’ve seen our (amateur) Ikebana arrangements.

It’s our founder’s favorite hobby, and we use this ancient Japanese tradition of flower arrangement throughout the store.

For this ikebana we grabbed flowers from Whole Foods down the street, but we’ve recently started getting our weekly flowers from @terralunaherbals, a local flower and herb farm here in Philly!

We have some frog flower stands available if you want to dig into a new art form 🌷
