happy mothers day to all!

i want to take the time to talk about mine. <3
my mom was so many things, but one thing ab her, she loved to shop.

she used to take me to goodwill back when it was something you would get made fun of for. but i fell in love w secondhand clothing. thrift stores, flea markets, atl discount malls, etc etc. and i loved going shopping w my mom, which she did, like everyday! 😂 (true shopaholic)

so much so that when she passed, me and my three sisters were so overwhelmed w the amount of stuff she left, we decided to resell some of it.
we did an event or two, and i was hooked. i loved it. i decided i wanted to resell my own stuff. and thus, “shopalottie” was born. in tribute to my mom, colleen ‘lottie’ burgess 💞💘💓💗🩷 my icon. late last june. been almost a year now!

and theres so much more i could say. she knew how to stretch a dollar. which she taught me to do too. and she was the og bargainer, she knew how to talk people into giving her what she wanted. i mean if the gas station didnt sell the cigarellos she wanted, she made them order them 😂 she was a true hustler. i miss her. i look up to her. and i respect my mom so much. i truly pity those who didnt get to meet her. by @shopalottie
