So glad we have @chefraygarcia's @brokenspanishcomedor. LA should never be without a Broken Spanish concept. Every single dish was excellent - including and especially the chicharron - as were the drinks by @mikelay2.

🥃 🌺 Rebelde: tequila blanco, hibiscus, verjus, cinnamon, bitters

🫘🫓 Refried lentils: black lentils, quesillo, epazote, corn tortillas (nixtalmalized corn)

🦆🥓🌵 Albondigas: duck meatballs, bacon, chipotle, nopales

🍜🥑 Fideo verde: toasted vermicelli, fennel, hoja santa, avocado, parmesan

🐖🧄 Chicharron: crispy pork belly, garlic mojo, pickled red cabbage

🍰🌽🍋 Tres leches bundt cake: corn milk soak, agave meringue, preserved lemon curd, candied marigold
