Did you know that 1 in 10 children will experience the loss of a loved one before the age of 18? Grieving can feel overwhelming, but through the unconditional love of horses, the journey can transform into one of healing, remembrance, and hope. In this heartfelt episode of The American Dream, we join Megan Macintosh, founder of the Godspeed Project, as she welcomes a family to the ranch for the first time. Megan leads them through meaningful activities—both with and without the horses—designed to foster connection and healing. Along the way, Megan shares her personal story and the passion that drives her mission. This episode also highlights the recent Shop for a Cause Fundraiser at the Grayhawk Golf Club, where 10 local vendors came together to support the Godspeed Project. The community gathered to jumpstart their holiday shopping while contributing to an incredible cause, making a tangible difference in the lives of grieving families. by @shopforacause_az
